\n-I am looking to rent out my condo to a Lady preferably.
\n-The person must be over 21 years of age.
\n-MUST, MUST, MUST (LOVE or Like) CATS. (We Only Have One Cat)
\n-Must be making over $45K (will need proof from 2009 Tax filing)
\n-Must want to live without any other roommates.
\n-You must be a clean person, willing to keep the condo clean, (NO PARTY ANIMALS)
\n-If you have a CAT of your own and the cat is nice, has all shots and the cat is INDOORS (we can accommodate this).
\n-Two sisters maybe okay as long as you proof this relationship as well and add $100 more for rent b\/c of 2nd person.<\/p>\n

Background story on the condo and the cat what lives there:
\nMy wife and I pick out a cat when the car was only 12 weeks old.
\nThe cat lived with my wife for 3 years.
\nThe wife and I got married, and the cat moved in my condo.
\nAfter 4 years living with the cat, the husband became very allergic to the cat.
\nWe have moved out to a new place but the cat is still in the condo.
\nIt has been living in the condo for over 4 months.
\nMy wife goes to the condo each day to feed the cat.
\nWe don\u2019t want to get rid of the cat; both of us do love the cat.
\nBut wanted to find someone who was willing to live with the cat.
\nSomeone who grew up with one or two cats and loves them very much. CAT friendly person is a MUST.
\nSomeone who will pet the cat, and can provide a loving environment.
\nMy Wife still plans on coming over each day (between set time after talking with you) and checking up on the cat, feeding it, change the Cat Litter Box if needed. If you are willing to feed the cat yourself and my wife builds a trust with the new renter, she may chose to come every other day. We can talk details later.<\/p>\n

Current Condo Condition:
\n-This is an open agreement NO LEASE, you can live there on monthly bases. I do not want to hold anyone to a any long term lease, live there as long as you are happy\u2026
\nThis condo is very nice (2 bedroom condo) with one full bathroom
\n900 sqft (master Bedroom is bid 17\u2019x12\u2019) (2nd bedroom is 14\u2019x9\u2019)
\nThe Kitchen is updated with maple cabinets, all appliances are update and newer.
\nThe condo will be painted if the renter request the condo be painted.
\nThe condo does need to be aired out b\/c no one has been living there for 4-5 months now.
\nThe condo carpet is in okay conditions, NO MAJOR STAINS, or damage.
\nThe Rent will be $1200 dollars per month, Cash preferred.
\nThe condo deposit will be $2000 dollars, ( I can break this into two payments)
\nThe condo is in very nice location, it is in Woodburn Condo complex, on (Tobin Rd, Annandale VA 22003)
