{"id":114,"date":"2008-06-22T10:01:47","date_gmt":"2008-06-22T15:01:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.greatsociety.org\/?p=114"},"modified":"2018-10-31T12:52:53","modified_gmt":"2018-10-31T16:52:53","slug":"unusual-positions","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/greatsociety.org\/?p=114","title":{"rendered":"Unusual Positions"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"MsoNormal\">I\u2019ve figured out that the only way I can enjoy sex is if I do it someplace unusual.<span>  <\/span>Not like on a pedestrian bridge over the Interstate, just anywhere outside of the bedroom.<span>  <\/span>This can range from the innocent (my apartment\u2019s balcony), to the guilt-ridden (a dark antechamber in the National Cathedral).<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Typically, though, I pick mundane spots.<span>  <\/span>Here\u2019s a list!<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o> <\/o><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>My supervisor\u2019s bed<\/li>\n<li>My supervisor\u2019s desk (this is a common one \u2013 I\u2019ve done it at every job except for a summer job in 1991 at the textbook depository in Rockville, MD)<\/li>\n<li>Women\u2019s bathroom stall at the Hyatt in Bethesda (New Year\u2019s madness!)<\/li>\n<li>In the old vault deep in the basement of the mansion where I work on the weekends, during a 200 person event.<\/li>\n<li>In the middle of a well lit alley in Silver Spring (at 1am)<\/li>\n<li>In various chapels and churches in rural Maryland, New Mexico, Ohio, West Virginia, and Scotland.<\/li>\n<li>In the middle of a major highway at 3am on Christmas morning (as pedestrians).<\/li>\n<li>The Lincoln Memorial (pre-9\/11 and, again, in the early hours of the morning)<\/li>\n<li>The old vault in the basement of the Woodward Building on 15<sup>th<\/sup> street, at lunchtime<\/li>\n<li>The \u201cdrunk seat\u201d at the rear of the car on the Metro\u2019s Red Line and the Green Line<\/li>\n<li>Bathroom at National airport<\/li>\n<li>Bathroom at Newark International<\/li>\n<li>Along Hadrian\u2019s Wall (two miles from Housesteads), and again a mile from the wall hiking from Brampton, in the graveyard of Lanercost Abbey (which is well worth a visit, by the way)<\/li>\n<li>In the bride\u2019s room, on the make-up table, at my weekend job, 30 minutes before the bride arrived<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">My current goal is to have anal sex with a nun on a school bus full of children.<span>  <\/span>At least, that\u2019s what I dreamed last night after polishing off two bottles of wine.\u00a0 I&#8217;ve learned not to trust such dreams but, because I&#8217;m at my weekend job and dangerously bored, I&#8217;m going to dwell on it.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I\u2019ve figured out that the only way I can enjoy sex is if I do it someplace unusual.
