Looking at the images from the Webb telescope make me feel like Dave Bowman at the end of 2001: A Space Odyssey.

Can somebody this LK-99 thing as if I'm stupid? Because I'm apparently stupid. Is it a warp drive? Does it make oil obsolete? Can I eat it and fly? Does it make Skynet possible?

The way I understand it is that it's completely lossless (heatless) energy transfer, but haven't we been doing that with LEDs?

The big story is that it can make shit levitate?
