Aubrey Plaza is incredibly awkward in interviews, but surefooted and awesome in her roles. It's weird. I keep trying to figure out if her awkward wallflower interview thing is just schtick.

It's a schtick. She's trolling people J-Law style (who also can put on the comically awkward routine). She pretty much came clean on that a couple years ago on one of the cookie cutter late night shows.
