Also, I don't know if you guys know this, but I can read this secret forum and there's no way I'm cool enough to be able to.

Ah, and he's disabled all links and pictures in his old threads.

Just deleted a bunch of them, because that's childish.  And, now, he's banned!

Though I noticed, on a few of his anonymous posts, he was using a different IP... Oh well.

Given that I've spent way too long deleting the May threads, and that the "OLTF" thing goes back through his entire posting history, I'm starting to wonder... Insane?  Maybe.

edit:  People think I'm the crazy one, so I left a few topics active (including the one Nubbins linked above, which is where the "disagreement" began).  Do a search for "OLTF" and see what he did.

It's actually a classy touch of comedy, if you're asking me.  Changed my mind on the banning...wondering what he'll do next, because he's always on here!  We haven't yet moved into the "Oh no he didn't!" territory.  Countdown to dramabomb!

And someone tell me what OLTF means, besides online transfer of funds.

I typed O.L.T.F. into google with the periods and have so far found a bunch of mathematical documents about frequency equations and some process in which sciencey type people can alter them.

Also, I found stuff about an Online Learning Task Force that may or may not be in place in some universities.  I dunno what the hell it means... chances are it's just some acronym he made up himself.

Definitely don't ban him!  That would be just tragic!  We've got to see how this plays out.

Also, I noticed earlier today that his post count was well over 500 and now it's at, like, 478 and counting!  Hilarity!

Yeah, I cleaned out a bunch of the OLTF's.  

I also turned off his "hidden" status so you guys will be able to see him now.  Not been on since the morning, though.

Now, I'm off the air starting on the 23rd, and I don't know if Yotoc will be online yet by then...so there's a great opportunity for unmoderated shenanigans next week.

He's not banned.

I like how nobody understands what's going on even though it's explained above.  

He got mad because of the thread that Nubbins linked above.  In that thread, he got pissed at me because Yotoc was larking around... Then I laughed about it.  So then he typed in the lyrics to that song teasing me because I was complaining a few days ago about how the forums are quiet between May and September.

Then he switched his account to hidden and stayed on all weekend.

Then, this morning, he changed all the threads he started so the first post read "OLTF" and he replaced all links from here to anywhere else with dead pictures/files and removed the Freaky whatever newspaper.  (Which, by the way, we had done up with a special button on the main forum page and under Media Wing as, you know, a favor.)

But I decided not to ban him.


edit:  Oops, I didn't say I changed my mind about banning him.  Guess that was a PM convo with Nubbins.  Sorry.


edit2:  I'm glad to hear someone else mention the Jody thing.  I haven't talked to her about it, but I found his shit alarming.
