So, Missus RC and I did a giant bookshelf and DVD purge day, and I have a stack of shit to read and watch to last me years. While I wholly appreciate that X-Mas and birthday gifts, I think I'm going to put a moratorium on them this year. (2017 is the "year of austerity" in the RC household.)

Just get me beer instead.

Sirharles , I just got to my mailbox. Thanks of "The Art of Procrastination!" I'll use it to procrastinate! And the "Quidditch for the Ages" was for Missus RC. She thanks you as well!

Also, note that I'm changing my delivery address on my wishlist because my mailbox guy is gouging me $5 for every package that gets delivered.

I love those FBI ear pieces - I use them for security in my bar but I tell people it's for the voices in my head. Oftentimes they believe me.

It was me. The return period expired in January. Stock my fridge with New Zealand wine and beer.

It turns out that the surveillance earpiece someone (I still don't know who) bought me is the wrong jack for standard Motorola walk-talkies used on most film sets. This of course if my fault as I'm the one who put it on my wishlist. I threw out the paperwork that came with the package because I'm dumb. Is there a way to return this so the person who bought it can get their money back?

I feel like a stooge.

You can't just fucking delete it?

Never mind. Got it deleted. I wonder how it got created in the first place.

Amazon switched up their software and how the wishlists display so everyone briefly got a duplicate wishlist because they fucked something up and, when they fuck something up, it takes them years to fix it. Like the Twitter feed for their author pages, which has been a "known issue" since August 2014.
