I'm obsessed with the Champlain Towers South collapse. Not completely sure if that's because the Washington Post is equally obsessed with it. While the harrowing, terrifying awfulness of it is impossible to ignore, I'm equally fascinated by what's bound to be *batshit insane* litigation as the lawsuits start flying. The more news comes out, the more preventable it seems it was. It's also a harbinger of more to come as 20th century infrastructure ages.
