It shall be interesting to see how it pans out in Scotland.

On average, the yearly revenue is 20bn and yearly expense is 40bn... but the oil money is taken by England's parliament for corporate subsidies. How much would that be per year?

Therein lies the problem with the independence debate. English media is very one-sided and against it, because the corporate and governmental establishment controls said media interests. Headlines in England/Wales are very different from what one reads in Scotland.

It's hard to say - I think a lot of Scottish people want independence from Big Brother England, but it depends how many shall be swayed by media fear-mongering.
