See, this stuff...and stuff like the Jeopardy robot, and chess robots, and all those voice recognition answerbots really don't wow me because they're basically just aping what we tell them. The only advantage is speed and multitasking -- and, even then, it only pays off if the bot is attached to a 1950's-style room-sized computer.
Call me when we have things that can figure out what you want even if you don't ask a clear, well-enunciated, spoken question that can be answered by a finite database or Google.
