Photoshop Madness

So after I got my fancy iMac I decided to get Photoshop Elements and Essentials 10.  I've been playing around with it for a bit but I really am just learning.  This is my first project.  I combined two photos and removed two buses with dust trails.  I really want to learn all PS can do.  Does anyone else have it?  I'll take any pointers anybody has.
