Convict Conditioning: Supreme Survival Strength
LOL... I've been reading this all day.
After 50 goddamned pages defending his reasoning for writing the book and somewhat hysterically repeating experiences during his 19 years in prison, you get some excellent exercises. And I'm going to start doing them!
But, seriously, the long, long lead-in discussing his reasoning for writing a book about exercise, and his somewhat wild rants about how much he hates pretty much everyone in the world, is both sad and hilarious. This reads like some lunatic self-published piece of shit. But he's got a huge following, and a Youtube channel with all the exercises, and blah blah blah.
