I've never been a huge fan of the franchise, but I don't think I ever really gave it much of a fair shot, to be honest.  I guess the first one just kind of bored me and I never got past it.

Anyway, the videos coming out around the next installment are pretty incredible...

Not that any of this matters.  I'm told this game is at least 2 years away.

I love it when he clocks the guy on the roller-coaster thing with the wrench.

That doesn't really look like real gameplay, re: scripting and actions etc.

Yeah, apparently there are some nerd rumblings on the internet to that effect... it's hard to tell how much actual "gameplay" was involved with that trailer.

So, this game was shit. The first hour is amazing and then you spend another 10 hours running from arena to arena, all the same. You pump lead into somebody, hide while they shoot, and then pump some more into them. Repeat forever until you hate the retarded fucking game, at which point you go through a terrible ending that reveals all the super-clever mysteries you figured out hours ago.

Bump again! So a friend got it for me or Christmas and I played the hell out of it. I thought it was fun and I fell in love with the theme and story and the cartoon girl... But, that said, Tyson is kind of right. A mixed bag. Fun because t was free!
