Lucky guys! How long did it take Adobe?

heh... sorta.  Facebook poker crashed my entire browser when I tried to enter a game and I haven't messed with it since.

It's certainly not perfect, but I guess it's better than nothing at all.  They've been updating this thing pretty regularly for a month or so now, so I am sure it will get better eventually.  My guess is that it probably runs better on some of the newer Droids.

Most of these listed apps are free, some costing between €0.79 - €2.50.

My most used apps are:

BBC News
Discovery News
iBooks (lots of free classics can be found there, from Art of War to Dickens' Great Expectations, for those Metro rides, waiting for pizzas, etc.)
Facebook/Twitter
Wikipanion (wikpedia app)

Cool, and quirky apps:

Doodlejump, an awesome platform game.
Brushes, a really good finger-painting app.
Connect'm, a fun puzzle game
eBay, quite handy for those impulse purchases
Bones Lite, an 'elpful knowledge tester/teacher about the human skeleton
Numerous translation apps

Whoop!

Ok, i just got a smartphone with Android...anyone got any apps they can't live without?  I don't need any games, just stuff that makes my life simpler.

Gasbuddy is OK...but there is nothing better out there for finding cheap gas.
Google Navigator is awesome, and comes with your phone.
Flixster is decent for movie finding.
Yahoo's Sportacular is nice if you like sports.
You might like the Urbanspoon app for restaurant finding, but I don't find myself using it much.
There are a number of barcode scanner apps to play with, but again I have one and don't use. Ostensibly you could use one to compare prices with online/other local stores.

I have a Flashlight app that's one of the best flashlights I've ever had.

I'm not a Yelp guy, but I know people who can't live without it.

Soundhound is one of my favorites.  It "listens" to a song and tells you the name, artist, etc.

My most commonly used apps are Out of Milk (grocery/list sorter), Yelp, and the DC Metro app that has eight screens apologizing for the DC Metro before you can actually get to the screen that tells you when a bus is coming.

Also Amazon Kindle, Netflix, barcode scanner, XE for currency conversion shit, Decibel (for the weddings), Droidlight (the flashlight app), Dropbox, Facebook, IMDB (useful for bar arguments), Shazam (which I use all the time to ID songs and actually find it sort of creepy), and Weatherbug.
