Not yet. A lot of the video apps/programs I run have had specific warnings sent to me about El Capitan incompatibility. Once there have ben al the bug fixes, I'll pull the trigger.

Same reason I haven't upgraded yet.  Photoshop, Lightroom, etc all need to be updated and bugs fixed for El Capitan before I pull the trigger.

Apple moving a portion of their cloud to Google's servers is interesting.

Apple says this is temporary and they will eventually host the iCloud in house...but that feels like bluster to me.
