You know... That is the natural evolution of Helena.

Now, Elvira did an early version of that.  You'd break every 15 minutes or so for commentary.  But that involved actually watching of the bad movie.  MST3K is a stroke of genius.  The only way you can sit through that shit.  And, sadly, hard to copy.

Will she be doing it Rifftrax style?  Just gabbing?  Or MST3K style?  The bridge between the two versions -- gabbing with shorts throughout?

They desrcibed it as "MST3K style" so my assumption is that she'll be doing various interludes as the movie plays . However, I remember MST3K having the dude and the two robots commenting thorughout the movie in that audience silhoette. (It's been a while since I've seen MST3K.)

I think Helena should do commentary while someone plays through Dante's Inferno.

MST3K was both.  They commented as silhouettes, and had little skits during and after each commercial break.  Which I think would be great, because there's lots of (easily affordable) silhouette gags Helena could pull.  Have her strip, or get involved in all sorts of things.  It was always a thrill when the MST3K silhouettes started to get crazy.  They did pretty extravagant things even during the Public Access "season zero."

And, yeah, sorry Nubbins.
