December 12, 2009 - Disney is set to bring a new Tron game to consoles to coincide with the release of the upcoming new film next December. Announced during Spike's Video Game Award Show, the new title is called Tron Evolution.

Developed by Propoganda Games (Pirates of the Caribbean, Turok), the title will feature the classic Tron neon look. The debut trailer showed off just some of what fans can expect, such as cycle races and throwing discs to take out enemies. No word if this is based off the film.

The expected release window is Holiday 2010. The new movie, Tron: Legacy, is opening in theaters December 17, 2010.
