So the front page post today is mainly inspired by the fact that I haven't found any coins for quite a while now. And what happens today? At the New York Avenue Metro I find a 1943 Mercury Head dime. Face down. Pretty awesome.

Three pennies sighted at NY Ave Station, though the commuter rush wouldn't allow me to grab them. I also have six unrecorded pennies from Fredricksburg.

I watched the guy drop it, look at it, then walk away.

A one dollar bill. Found on the platform at Silver Spring.

A penny. 2003. New York Ave station. Heads up.

Another penny. Date unclear. Found on the sidewalk along 1st St.

Well...been bit of a dry spell but, today, I cut through the woods on the way home and found a $20 bill!

Whoa! That's like 20 pennies or so!!

I spent it today on two beers at Union Station! Which seemed somehow more wasteful than losing it in the woods.
