I split this topic because I'll go ahead and post a ton of pictures tonight if, in fact, I survive the day.  Super-allergies-death-flu is just about to tear me apart.  And I have no magic pills to help me because of the shit my co-worker gave me a few weeks ago.  So it's 10:45 and I'm feeling impossibly far away from 6pm.

I'm going to guess allergies. According to the weather channel, the DC metro area has a very high pollen count right now. Not to mention, the climate differences between NOLA and DC are large enough that you might feel sick coming back. I say give it a few days and you should be adjusted back to autumn in Maryland.

This started in NOLA, so it's not allergies.  It all started Sunday.

And September is the time for NOLA.  It feels just like DC.  May, too.  I don't know why the tourist season is summer... When I went in July, I wanted to have myself frozen and/or just pay a kid to shoot me in the head.

So, I have Saw, [Rec], and This Is Spinal Tap to watch. Which one would be best for being sick? (Yes, I've seen Spinal Tap before.)

Is that my copy?  There are subtitles.  You have to turn them on.

I turned them on, The problem is my WMP is just playing the .AVI file. I can't play the whole "folder" with the subtitles in it.

You don't have to.  Players see the subtitle file automatically.

Also, go download VLC.  It's free and you'll thank me later.

You might need codecs installed. Search for the CCCP codec pack; it's got almost everything. It's really good
