In my ongoing Pandemic-related reading, I read the virus apocalypse book
The End of October.
It fucking sucked! So I moved on to
The Last Dance. And it is fantastic! Straight up well-written space opera. And, unlike the big alien space opera stuff, this one is set in the near future on a Mars cruise ship that's constantly cycling between Earth and Mars over a year or so. The book is straight up Murder on the Orient Express meets Rashomon. Very, very addictive.
