I've been able to ignore how formats work when I have Office 2007. It's pretty ballin'.

I'm just thankful that liberal arts teachers at small schools really don't give a damn...and that I was taught MLA from as far back as grade school.

Oh, my profs cared. But I was a psych major, so all my psych profs required standard APA format for all our papers. After the first few, it comes naturally and you just get it right automatically.
I also had MLA beat into me all the way through high school, so that helped too.
