I was going to change the thread title to "OKstupid," but I don't feel like I've contributed enough to do so.

Been trying out OKcupid, per the advice of the world who thinks I actually belong with a woman. It's been a nightmare of gentrified transplants who love Ayn Rand and have a poor tooth to gum ratio. So I gave up, then realized that I had an ancient "nachofied" account from years and years ago, so I updated that and took a different track: From publisher and man about town to deadbeat with no moral code.

The latter has earned more response. But the quality just isn't there.
