Charleston, South Carolina

Mrs. RC and I are taking five days next week and going to Charleston, SC for an actual vacation. I've never been, but I hear it's quite a cool town.

Any suggestions on things to try and see? Restaurants? Off-beat Americana? Haunted places? We're only going to be in Charleston proper for two days, so we won't be able to do everything.

Catfish Row, of course, if you're into Porgy & Bess.

There's a big ass virgin forest down there -- http://www.beidlerforest.com/
