So, come December, I'm going to devote each month to mastering a cocktail.  Get it just perfect.  I'll start off simple -- December will be the Bloody Mary. I've never been able to get it right.

Do the monkey vin rouge and bourbon mix.

I have never heard of mixing wine and bourbon.  Now, I have heard of wine and brandy...you'd do that for a variation of the hot toddy.

So I'm going to mix and match a few recipes.  Go with the traditional, but add a little touch of wasabi, a pinch of dill and rosemary, use lemon pepper.  I think that'll work.

Maybe I'll start tonight!
