And, of course, this is probably telling of Ken Johnson's flaws. If the Visitors have sealed off the towns and cities and made travel impossible, how's Juliet and Elias get to the VLA? And why isn't the VLA guarded? And wouldn't blasting an SOS blindly into space get picked up by the fleet of motherships? Like...instantly?
And, since Martin's reaction to an alliance with the Leader's enemy was sort of like "dude, holy shit, you don't wanna to do that," did Juliet go over her plan with anyone? Was there any discussion?

So, season two ended last night. Mass kill-off of the cast (mainly the ones who have bene effectively written out for five episodes) and -- Marc Singer returns! Now as a general leading a secret government project to destroy the Visitors in a subplot that felt like it was conceived and written moments before they shot the scene.
At the same time, Jane Badler was killed. But she's barely been used this whole season. In fact, I think she was all CGI and not actually a human actor. Like the rest of the cast!
Just in case the few remaining people watching have not yet committed suicide, the show's going to get a third season.
