Haha!  Holy shit!  George Takei, playing himself, to Scott Bakula:  "Way to kill the franchise, Bakula!"

Well, so Bender's Game is the worst of the three.  Would have probably been great if it was just an hour... But, man, it was feeling endless at 90 minutes.

Okay...starting up Wild Green Yonder, which airs next week sometime.  I was let down by the last one... Let's hope they ramp it up for this one.

And...it's unwatchable.  I quit after ten minutes.  Surprising.

So the movies were all pretty lousy...but I'll still give the new season a try.  Surprised they ordered so many...

Quote
As rumored on Collider.com, Futurama will return to TV on Comedy Central six years after being axed by Fox, Entertainment Weekly's Michael Ausiello reported.

A spokesperson for 20th Century Fox Television confirmed the pickup to Ausiello, who reported that the cable network has ordered 26 new episodes of Matt Groening and David X. Cohen's animated series, to begin airing in 2010.

What a weird season.  The first half was bitter and lame.  Then, out of nowhere, it starts to get better.  And, now, at episode 10, it's like classic Futurama and I can't wait for the next episode.

But is it on Disney?
There will come a day for every man when he will relish the prospect of eating his own shit. That day has yet to come for me.

Hulu. So, yes, since Disney now owns them.

So, might have to revise my pitch-perfect reboot here. I stopped watching after the cryptocurrency episode. Is it possible to have a reboot that is....too pitch perfect?
