Snobbery

Now that PBR is on tap at all the yuppie restaurants, thanks to the Yuengling spearhead, beer snobbery has turned down a dark corner and embraced the low class, trailer park, gas station beers. 

So, with that in mind, I want to reintroduce MGD into my life. Tonight...MGD night!

Let's have your favorite low class, Joe Six Pack beers.  And let's discuss how and why anybody in their right mind thought PBR was worth putting on draft, let alone charging $4 a pint

I've often had Mickey's in the house.  But that's too heavy for the shower; you don't really want to upset your balance that much.

Love PBR.  I will buy it when I see it over a lot of other beers.

Miller High Life "The Champagne of Beers" was our primary choice in college... 30 beers for $9.99, perfect for pong games.

I like Milwaukee's Best and Natty Light too.  Generally though, if I'm going domestic, I buy Michelob Amber Bock or Lager... both are really good.  I drink straight Budweiser too... it's not too bad and has a pretty can.

I guess... I'm not very particular about my beer.  If I want good stuff, there are 2 or 3 brands I normally buy... midrange beers are the same and so are the shit beers.

The only beer I've ever had that tasted truly awful to me was Keystone... just horrendous shit.  I've had some pretty awful malt liquors too.  There was a good year in college where all we drank were 40's because you could get absolutely bombed for $5.

hah!  Hell yeah... I still love High Life too.  It's a really great, cheap beer.... I like Natty Light for the same reason.
