How did the friggin' Harry Potter movies become X-Mas movies?

Missus RC and I have been quietly marathoning the Harry Potter movies over the past week. Other than there being an X-Mas scene in each one, I'm not sure how they qualify as X-Mas movies yet it some how seems we always watch them around X-Mas.

Both are based around Pagan-Nordic mish-mashed superstition...? Also, the Harry Potter films could be classed as "feel good" movies.
There will come a day for every man when he will relish the prospect of eating his own shit. That day has yet to come for me.

Klaus, a Netflix original, is maybe the best take on the Santa Claus legend ever. The story is lovingly done. The script is carefully crafted. The animation is absolutely gorgeous. No trailer because I experienced knowing virtually nothing and was swept away.

RC says check it out.

Okay, okay, After Die Hard and Scrooged. And, now, Krampus!
