The curse basically works like this:

Once a year, someone at Great Society has a total meltdown and accuses someone (usually Nacho) of being an asshole who stole the offended's crayons in the first grade and caused the 1966 Watts riots.

In other words, someone goes completely apeshit (is this case, Starrwriter)and takes a trip to DRAMA-VILLE. I don't know why it happens. It simply does.

"The Curse," in a nutshell, is based on the fact that almost everyone who works on GS will have a meltdown, blame me for ruining their lives and then actively try to fuck up the page.  

Part of the curse is also that everything that can go wrong with the page will do so in the most complicated way possible.  Such as, say, setting up new forums.

edit:  Oh, look, RC and I posted at the exact same time.  JYNX!

So, yes, it's a combination of all of this.
