We're about to walk half a mile to get Missus RC's work computer form her office. Because of the last non-storm, she didn't believe me yesterday when I said it was supposed to snow.

Anyway. Snow zombies!

Pretty awesome. It's super powdery. If I were a skier, I'd say it's perfect powder to pack. (Or whatever the hell they say.)

Missus RC now has work computer which means we only have to dig out one car for tomorrow. (I have a set strike gig.) However, we didn't do our normal pre-storm shopping freakout os w're scrounging cans and freezer stuff for food. Sardines, dried cake batter, breakfast sausage, and canned cannellini beans it is!

Snow possible on Sunday. No accumulation expected, but one more apocalyptic freak-out is really what we need to usher in Spring, right?

The great thing about this thread (and the DC area) is that we stop caring by the first of March. They can tell us three feet of snow is coming and I think just about everyone will just be like, hmmm, okay.

We didn't even hear about it till this morning. But everyone's been sort of like, meh. Even WaPo is blah. Are we over our storm panic? Or has the entire city spent the last six weeks sick as a dog?

Literally half-an-inch of panic down here in the commonwealth. Maybe an inch+. It's turned to rain now and is all hard frozen nastiness.

I have to leave the house tomorrow though and head north then west so I'm keeping my eyes on Baltimore and West Virginia.
