good rant, nacho, but that's the way it is. I'm sick of rush hour traffic but that isn't going away either.
I toxed out on BBSes before you but I think I just wasn't getting as much out of them as you were. When my 486 died mid-1995 I waited a few years to replace it -- I'd toxed out on PCs but I worked with the internet every day.
my end-of-the-rat-race dream has been to move to the middle of nowhere and do agricultural work -- breeding Maine Coon Cats or shitake mushrooms -- but I'm waiting until I can afford a fast internet connection to my mountain cabin.
